By accessing and using IGotLove ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use this Platform.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered users, practitioners, and administrators.

2.1 Marketplace/Directory Service

IGotLove is a marketplace and directory service that connects individuals seeking relationship guidance with independent practitioners. We do NOT:

• Provide therapy, counseling, or medical services
• Employ or directly supervise practitioners
• Guarantee results or outcomes from practitioner services
• Act as a healthcare provider or mental health service

2.2 Not a Substitute for Professional Care

The services offered through this Platform are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or medical emergency, please contact:

3.1 Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age to create an account

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or practitioners
• Share false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent our commission system
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Share confidential information from live events or sessions
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your qualifications

4.1 Independent Contractor Status

Practitioners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of IGotLove. Practitioners are solely responsible for:

• Their qualifications, credentials, and licensing
• The quality and delivery of their services
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining professional liability insurance
• Tax obligations and business expenses

4.2 Commission Structure

Practitioners agree to pay commission fees as specified in their subscription tier. Commission applies to the first purchase from each client-practitioner relationship unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Anti-Circumvention Policy

Practitioners agree NOT to encourage or facilitate direct payments outside the Platform to avoid commission fees. Violations may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent ban from the Platform
• Legal action to recover damages

5.1 Participant Vetting

All participants in live events must complete an application process and be approved. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone for any reason.

5.2 Event-Specific Waivers

By participating in live events, you agree to:

• Accept event-specific liability waivers
• Follow community guidelines and codes of conduct
• Maintain confidentiality of discussions
• Allow recording of sessions for quality assurance (when applicable)

5.3 Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 for certain topics/events) to participate in live events.

6.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of the practitioner and/or IGotLove. Digital products and services are generally non-refundable once accessed.

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of practitioner credentials
• Quality or effectiveness of practitioner services
• Availability or uninterrupted access to the Platform

7.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGOTLOVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Actions or omissions of practitioners or users
• Any damages arising from use of the Platform exceeding the fees paid in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IGotLove and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your use of the Platform
• Your interactions with practitioners or other users
• Your breach of any applicable laws or regulations

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward other users or practitioners
• Non-payment of fees
